    Hi Janice! Sorry you’re having trouble!

    When you sign up, this is what should happen
    1. You should get a page that pops up and informs you that a confirmation link is in your inbox.
    2. The confirmation link should be in your inbox.
    3. After you click the confirmation link, you should get a Welcome email with the link to download the Buttercream eBooklet

    Last night I downloaded your new e-book twice, but each time, when I unzip it, all I get is an empty file folder. I don’t know what to do!?!?

    It is mega fantastic,so helpful, all the scratching of my head with frustration has now gone.
    To be replaced by dismay from my teenage boys that they cannot get me off the computer.

    I subcribed long ago but have not been receiving the newsletter, I go back and sign in again and am told I have already subscribed.. I sent you an e-mail and it came back unaccepted, I really would like to get on the list for the newsletters. I am very interested in the cake pops. Please help[. Yhanks so much. Patsy

    Hi Binky,
    Great website!
    I’m just after a tip re: the anniversary cake. When you join the two even ized bottom cakes, do you leave the cardboard base in between so they can be separated to cut? or do you jsut put dowel in between them so they hold together?
