Cream Cheese Crusting Frosting

A nice. tasty stiff frosting, which sets with a smooth “crust” after resting.

1 cup of butterCream Cheese Frosting
1/2 cup Vegetable Shortening
2, 8oz boxes Cream Cheese
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
2-3 boxes of Sifted Confectioner’s Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

Cream together the butter, shortening, and cream cheese, and 1/2 cup of shortening.
Throw a tablespoon of vanilla extract in!
Then slowly add ¬†[2 boxes] sifted confectioner’s sugar and salt.
Tip: Add up to another box of confectioner’s sugar if you want the frosting sweeter and stiffer! ^_^
Beat for 3 minutes.
Scrape the bowl and beat for another 3 minutes.
Don’t overbeat the frosting, because it will become too soft for icing! ¬†Just beat until it looks light and fluffy.
